Ok, we figured out what happened, and your wiki file is still there, don't worry. It looks like you started the project using the Mercurial version control system, edited a wiki page, and then switched the project over to Subversion, a different version control system. The wiki is stored in version control, but it's a different place depending on whether your project is using Mercurial or Subversion.
So: in the source section of the admin tab for your project, you can change your project back to Mercurial, and then the wiki page will restore itself. (You may need to wait a few minutes for it to synchronize itself). You can then copy the wiki pages over if you want to switch back to Subversion. The real bug here is that we automatically store wiki pages in version control but don't automatically migrate the pages over if you switch version control systems. Because it was all automatic until then, it's hard to figure out what happened. http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=3110 is the issue that describes this problem; you may wish to star it to follow progress in fixing it.
