Is there any known problem with SVN at the moment? I was committing fine a
few minutes ago but now I get:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Commit failed unexpectedly --- please try again later
svn: MERGE of '/svn/trunk/java/src/uk/ac/lkl/common/util/collections': 409
