I took your dump file and svnsync'd it to a test repository: http://code.google.com/p/ngi-test This operation was completely successfully without issue. I was wondering if you could retry your sync to see if you've been unstuck. If you still have problems, I could try applying the changes from your dump file to the repository, but we should verify that you are still having difficulties first.
