The code is not open source software, which is a violation of our ToS. I've taken the project down for this reason.
As a reminder for future reference, for copyright infringement claims about Google Code projects (as opposed to ToS violations due to the licensing of the code, as is the case here), the correct procedure is for the right holders to file a DMCA notification at http://www.google.com/dmca.html .
