Hello, Code Hosting team! I've sent the e-mails below (essentially: name conflict, owner approves but can't receive the automatic approval email) to google-code-hosting-reservations@ and haven't received a reply in 7 days.

As the author of the pre-existing IRE package, I do not have a problem with this. The projects are in quite different categories and in any case, mine is intended to be run as a back-end rather than invoked directly by the user.
