The repository at: http://code.google.com/p/google-chartwrapper/ Is currently hosting ads (among other embedded javascript tracking code from remote sites) in their demos directory. When I posted a bug report (because their placement of ads blocks all the content) It was immediately deleted. From a cursory glance over your terms, I believe this is a violation of the TOS and at the very least incredibly poor practice for an OS project. No one should be personally benefiting (monetarily) from anything posted on google code.
