You may host your project with us under the GPL and elsewhere under a
commercial license - that's fine (and is something that happens all the
time).
It is not possible to ensure that only non-commercial uses are made of the
project that you publish under the GPL - the GPL does not preclude
commercial use and altering it do so would make it something other than the
GPL.
