Adding the restriction that you can only use the software under GPL for
non-commercial purposes adds a restriction to the GPL, which means your
software is no longer open source (freedom zero: freedom to use for any
purpose).

If you actually meant: "You can use it under GPL, which implies you
releasing modifications; or you can contact me to get a commercial license
that doesn't force you to do that", then it's fine. Your software is open
source, and as the copyright owner you are perfectly within your rights to
provide it under a different license to select users, as long as everyone
has the option of using it if they abide by the terms of the GPL.
