    You should be able to do so - see issue

details - but it depends on what's meant by "New Infrastructure for Google
Apps domains" and that's something with which I'm not particularly familiar.
Consult your domain administrator if you have trouble? It should "just work"
if you visit any Project Hosting page in a browser while logged into your
Google Apps account. It's certainly the case that I participate with a
non-gmail.com address<http://code.google.com/u/[email protected]/updates>
