Hi, I am wondering if you (or any other open source project hosting tool that someone is aware of) can provide me with the simple facility of requiring filling up a sign-up form before they are given access to download / checkout my source / releases.
This is essentially for us to keep track of who is using our project and how. Any inputs would be much appreciated.
