The fate of a deleted project seems to be a recurring question. The status for a deleted project for the first 30 days is clear: the project is only accessible to the owner and he can revive it if necessary.
After 30 days, things become confusing: - nobody can access to the project but the name is not available (this is stated nowhere afaik), - it seems that at some moment the project is actually completely deleted but there is no indication about schedule, - we see that moderators can revive projects. Are they also able to delete them completely and make names available? It would be great to have some clarification! As I want to restart from scratch a deleted project, I am especially interested in the possibility to delete completely a project.
