Hello, Your project was suspended because it looked like you were hosting JS files for the purposes of serving them. For example, the JQuery libraries hosted in your project are not your work.
While we want to help you develop and show off your opensource work, Google Code is not meant to be a CDN. Please consider finding another host for your files and using the service only for source control and project maintenance. For example, you can use the Google Libraries API to load JQuery: https://developers.google.com/speed/libraries/devguide#jquery I've unsuspended your project and will re-review the status of your project in a few weeks.
