Gross. I've seen an error like this once before, and it meant that an old revision in your repository got corrupted in at least one datacenter but not others. We can fix it, but it requires considerable manual work, and there is a non-zero risk of doing further damage. If you need us to take care of it, please just contact us again through this list, and we'll fit it in where we can.
Since you've moved to Git, probably best just to stick with that.
