dear jason, there seems to be a misunderstanding?
this project has been open source for the last 10+ years and is used by several leading universities all over the globe. The only thing which is not located at google is the source code, since this project using source forge for subversion and it was decided to keep the code there since this simplifies the process for us. We do charge money for installation and support for this software, which is quite common in the open source community and doesn't violate the LGPL2 license.
