Lookin' good, thanks for doing that. I see your project's Downloads quota is 4 GB, most of which is not used, so I take it you're asking for the maximum filesize to be upped. Unfortunately we can't increase that much higher than .5 GB since it could potentially destabilize our Downloads infrastructure. Our service is not designed to host files that large, since we rarely need to.
I'd suggest looking into storing these files either in Google's Cloud Storage <http://cloud.google.com/products/cloud-storage.html> or Amazon's S3<http://aws.amazon.com/s3/>, or something similar (there are lots of these). These services are designed to host large files reliably and are pretty cheap (or free) to use.
