Hi guys, I have properly registered some trademarks on the USPTO for commercial purpose and have been succesfully granted.
I found out one of the trademarks is in use and already contacted the developer to please stop using the mark and agreed. However I need to use the proyect now to move into the market and make use of it. How shoul I proceed if possible?. Thanks very much.
