If code in these projects is used for open source development, and sample
code posted to your blog, that's fine. What we're trying to avoid is people
using Google Code to serve files, which we see a lot of especially for
mp3s, which was how we found your project.

If it's file hosting you need, you should consider using Dropbox, Amazon
S3, Google Cloud Storage, or any number of file hosting services available
on the internet. Using Google Code for this purpose may lead to further
project deactivations.

Our team is not in the business of cherrypicking through projects to
disable only the offending content, a project that hosts any offending
content is an offending project and will be deactivated.
