We will make an announcement of some type, but this isn't it; we will make that announcement on this list; and I can't tell you what we'll say or when we'll say it. I'm sorry that it's taking so long!... Cheers, Bartholomew" The TopCoder wasn't used in the last edition of GCJ. Look at http://code.google.com/codejam/rules.html#how_it_works for more information.
