Hi, Last year we had a discussion about contestants from Iran and other countries which are restricted by US export controls. Since ACM/ICPC and TopCoder have solved this problem (http://forums.topcoder.com/? module=Thread&threadID=599163&start=0&mc=9), last year CodeJam team promised to solve it, but it seems the problem still exists.
I'm wondering if there is any reason for it or it's simply forgotten?
