Hi Haamed, We certainly haven't forgotten. You would not believe how difficult it is to set this up. Bartholomew and our legal department have been working with the government on this issue for several months and made a lot of progress. We are trying very hard to have all the paperwork approved in time for the qualification round, but it is ultimately out of our hands right now. We will announce something when know the answer for certain.
