Hi, It would be nice if the rounds will not happen while it is Saturday day time in Israel. This is since some of the Israeli participants are religious Jews, and can't code during saturday. For accurate times in which Saturday ends in Israel, check www.hebcal.com. In the calendar it shows an hour on Friday, which is when saturday starts by jewish laws, and an hour on saturday, which is when it ends. cben, whom I know in person, has been handicapped when competing over the past 2 years, since rounds 2 and 3 started during saturday, preventing him from starting in time with all the other contesters. Few hours postponement of rounds 1B, 2 and 3 will probably sort out this issue, while not hurting the ability of other contesters to compete.
