Rounds 2 and 3 are both on a 2 am local time for me. This is pretty standard, most Google, TopCoder, etc. competitions have had their online rounds around that time, which means that the same people (from South Pacific and East Asia) are at a disadvantage every time. I understand why it's like this, so I don't usually complain, but since you did ask, I just have to say it would be nice to have even just one of the rounds at a more reasonable time for once. Either that, or we could finally get a South Pacific Code Jam... :)
