This is a forum for people to post coding questions. So, your job postings would be considered spam. Being a spammer makes you a Bad Person, and is against the law in many places.
In general, if your company can't recruit properly because it sucks, that doesn't give you the right to invade unrelated message groups and spam your job postings.
