I tend to agree that the contest should be about the skill level, not
the depth of pockets, but I really love my mathematica.... :(  I
almost used it because I saw that there were solutions from previous
years using it at http://go-hero.net, I was just coming here to ask if
C# solutions that make use of Mathematica NETLink are allowed, but
obviously if mathematica isn't then neither will the netlink library
be since it requires a functional licensed copy of Mathematica.
