Once you are on an intermediate level of C++ (once you can use it easily for
solving programming contests, for example), I strongly suggest reading
"Effective C++" and "More Effective C++". They really give you a boost on
your C++ skills. Probably the closer to a "book for becoming a pro" you'd
get.
