How does it can't be executed ; compile the code with a proper compiler and then get the executable files!! [i.e. .exe in windows or .o in linux ] [How do you get the output files !!!? by executing your code !!] Or you mean that google won't execute the code !! [Maybe they do ; you don't know!!] And evenif they won't execute the code ; they may compare the codes for the optimum algorithm and the efficient one [like in the topcoder ;they doesn't put scores for the brilliant codes but in the analysis they compare for the best codes .
