Hi vivek..... This is all practice and yes bit of talent....These people have solved many problems They have proper understanding of algos ,mathematical rigor and other skill,I guess when it comes to understand algos its could be done...but implementing them properly and identifying which to choose comes from practice and implementing that fast requires more practice and lot of reading . So all in all its practice
