Yes, You can attend Round 1B (if you have cleared Qualification round) Try to finish in the top 1000, in Round 1B If you finish in top 1000 in Round 1B, you qualify for Round 2. If you do not finish in top 1000 in Round 1B, you can try Round 1C If you finish in top 1000 in Round 1C, you qualify for Round 2.
