Hi,

You can get the scope from the token and compare it to the scope of
your call, for more information see:
http://code.google.com/apis/accounts/docs/AuthSub.html#AuthSubTokenInfo

If you have tokens that are not working properly, because of the
temporary issue, you need to obtain newer ones. Also, if there is a
token that cannot be revoke programmaticaly, those can revoke manually
using the following page:
https://www.google.com/accounts/IssuedAuthSubTokens
