Hi Argia, Are you trying to create Shared Contacts that represent users of your own domain ([email protected])?
With the release of the new Profiles API, it is necessary to use this new API for users of the domain and keep the use of the Shared Contacts API only for external contacts. I apologize for this not been on the documentation, we are working on explaining this new difference.
