Got it.Actually that was the problem:Premier Edition.

Google specifies that Domain contacts feature only works with Premier
Edition Accounts.

Problem is it SEEMS to work with other editions too!Meaning that you
can write your code using the API, upload your contacts and then, also
retrieve your contacts again using the API. The catch is that if you
don't have premier Edition it will NEVER show up on the auto-complete
list of your contact manager.

Meaning that your shared contacts are there it's just that the contact
manager refuses to see them if you don't have Premier Edition. This can
be very confusing, because your program obviously seems to work (and it
does!) just Google refuses to... accept it.

Anyway if you try the same thing with a premier account it will
work.At least mine did ,but only after 24 hours of course.

Damn googgle. They could at least return an error message saying "You
nedd Premier Account" or sth.
