Alain, Thanks for your reply. Yes. I did try that. But the value that needed to be blanked out remained in Google. However, I tried it again to make sure it didn't work before responding and discovered I had made an error when deleting the value from the XML, so Google was still getting the original non-blank value. "Problem" solved.
