I looked over the documentation. I think I understand what I need to do but
I am having a couple problems. For some background, I am trying to upload a
photo to a contact using javascript.
When I do the PUT request I get a "405 Method Not Allowed" response from the
server. The code is basically ...

I am getting a 405 Method not allowed. I am not sure what data I need to
send. I have tried sending both a photo link and the photo bytes and I
cannot get it to work either way. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?
