Hello Carlos, Unfortunately, a user's contacts cannot be shared. The Domain Shared Contacts API<http://code.google.com/googleapps/domain/shared_contacts/gdata_shared_contacts_api_reference.html>lets Google Apps domain admins upload a list of contacts that can be accessed by the domain users through the Contacts Manager in GMail (when searching for a contact) and the auto-complete feature. If you are not comfortable using the API, you should try using some Marketplace Apps for your Domain such as Sherpa Tools<https://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/viewListing?productListingId=870+17558944828909963664&utm_medium=button&utm_source=button-cloudsherpas.com&pli=1> .
