Hey - I just noticed this thread and wanted to let you know that
BetterCloud has released a new product that will replace SherpaTools and
solves the shared contacts issue. With FlashPanel, you can maintain a
global address list of shared contacts throughout your entire organization.

There are a number of other features inside FlashPanel that I think you'll
find make Google Apps for Business even better, like custom email
signatures and email monitoring.

FlashPanel is currently in beta and we're keeping it completely free for
everyone during beta. Just visit flashpanel.com to learn more, or
flashpanel.com/marketplace to install the product from the Google Apps
Marketplace listing.

Thanks,

David Politis
CEO - BetterCloud
