Hello Alexey, Using the default feed ( https://www.google.com/m8/feeds/contacts/default/full) will return all of a user's contacts, including contacts in the "Other Contacts" group. Contacts being in this particular group have no "gd:groupMembershipInfo" fields set.
How are you pulling the data? Did you make sure to follow the "next" link returned by the API? By default, the API only returns 25 contacts per page which can be modified using the "max-results<http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/docs/3.0/reference.html#Parameters>" query parameter (though we don't advise using number greater than 100-200).
