Hi Jamil -- Are you talking about the Google Spreedsheet Form functionality that allows others to fill in a form that populates a google docs spreadsheet?
If so then this might work for you: * create the spreadsheet form * use the link to create the public html page * save the html page ( using browser ) to your computer. * edit page so that it looks the way you want. ( making sure to not mess with any script or the names/ids of the <input>, <textarea>, and <form> elements.
