FF3, Safari 3, and Opera 9.5 show only 1 vertical scrollbar when needed, but IE7 always shows at least 1 vertical scrollbar (when it's not needed) and 2 when it actually is needed. I'm assuming it's got to do with the CSS but I just can't figure it out. overflow-y:hidden, hides the scrollbar in FF also. I'd really rather not use dynamic height as some of the data can be quite lengthy.
