Greetings, as of today, iGoogle (http://www.google.com.au/ig?hl=en) has started redirecting to iGoogle Mobile (http://www.google.com.au/m/ ig) if the Opera browser is used. I am running the latest version (9.62) and have cleared all cookies etc. Other people are also having this issue, as I discovered in the Opera IRC channel. My guess as to why this would be happening is that iGoogle is detecting Opera and assuming it is Opera Mini (made for mobile phones) and automatically swapping to the mobile site. Changing Opera's useragent to IE or Firefox does not resolve this.
