I did figure out how to host the gadget on my own site (a Word Press page).
Questions regarding that: 1) How to set the caching interval? I found the "My Gadgets" tool which works in IGoogle, but doesn't work on my own page. 2) How do you get to the settings. In IGoogle you have the pull-down arrow which allows "edit settings". I don't see that in my own page. I did the JSON feed reader, and more or less got it working today. IGoogle and my site actually show different results, so they seem to cache differently (I did change my PHP code that creates the feed). Thanks again, Neal Walters P.S. When changing the caching settings on "My Gadgets", really screwy things happened. For example, my Hello-World appeared and at the same time the JSON/Feed starting getting ""Information is temporarily unavailable.". Then I would uncheck the caching on the Hello-World, and the it would go back to ""Information is temporarily unavailable.". and the JSON/Feed would then work. Later, I finally saw both of them work. If I uncheck the caching on the JSON/Feed, then it says ""Information is temporarily unavailable.". --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iGoogle Developer Forum" group.
