Hi there

I've noticed that about 2 or 3 days ago, navigating to google.com with
my main account will redirect me to google.co.za and navigating to
google.com/ig will behave like google.co.za/ig.

Why is this a big deal? Because google.co.za (South Africa) lags miles
behind even google.com in terms of rolled-out features, such as
opensocial. So even though it says I'm in the sandbox (thanks for the
gadget Dan!), opensocial won't work (you guys know the error I'm
talking about: user/gadget not authorised to retrieve friend data).

So I now need to use this (friend-testing) account which I made in
Switzerland (.ch) to edit my gadget.

That doesn't really seem fair. Isn't this a bug? Am I being stubborn?
Should I just change my regional location in the iGoogle settings?

If I really want to use, I dunno, Taiwanese google or whatever,
shouldn't I be able to do that with any account I choose?

Thanks!
