I started to use the gadgets editor yesterday. It worked fine most of the time, but every now and then it would fail to load my .xml. Today it is failing solid. I've tried 3 browsers, all with the same results: - When the editor is first accessed, it tries to load helloworld.xml. It briefly displays a message "File successfully loaded." but the edit window remains blank. - File -> Open displays a list of my files, including the .xml file. Selecting and opening a .gif or .png file from the list works fine, displaying the image in a browser window, but selecting the .xml file and the 'Open' button gives me the same result as helloworld.xml, i.e. the brief 'loaded' message", the filename in the upper right corner, but a blank edit window. If I click on the link to the upper right of the edit window, my .xml file source is displayed, so the file is still there.
As a result, I can no longer edit my gadget. Am I doing something wrong or is something broken? (I have cleared cache and tried deleting all Google cookies, with no change in symptoms.)
