Hi everyone, I've updated the issue in the issue tracker, but for those following along here: we're investigating the issue and working on restoring the listing, rankings, and user counts. Some users have reported success in resubmitting gadgets, but for now I would recommend holding off until I have more details. I will update the issue when I know more.
