Hi, Here's a tip from the Google Data API Tips blog http://gdatatips.blogspot.com/2009/07/create-new-google-docs-spreadsheet-from.html. This example creates a button that allows a user to create a new spreadsheet. There's more detail in the Google Documents List Data API documentation http://code.google.com/apis/documents/docs/3.0/developers_guide_protocol.html#UploadingMetadata(note that this documentation is still in Labs so it's subject to change).
