This is not an API bug per se so decided not to post to the issue tracker and mention here instead...
When clicked on an "add to iGoogle" button to add a gadget from an external page, the landing page that is displayed seem to have lost its styling and renders badly. An example of the landing page is: http://www.google.com/ig/adde?moduleurl=www.google.com/ig/modules/codechecker/codechecker.xml The problem seems to be that the "http://www.google.com/help/reader/ styles.css" file referenced at http://www.google.com/ig/adde is no longer there. The css file returns a 404 error. Rob, can you guys please take a look at this and link to the correct css file?
