Hi Stefan, I believe what you're getting on the profile page is the same problem reported on the issue tracker at http://code.google.com/p/igoogle-legacy/issues/detail?id=645 . The team is aware of the issue and I'll post updates on the issue tracker when I have any. You can star the issue to receive updates by email if you'd like.
Combining the Google Profile with the Developer Profile page sounds straightforward but it's been considered before and it didn't happen. I can bring it up with the team again though.
