Hi Carlos, Pretty sure that was a spam bot - I banned it yesterday. If you have specific improvements you'd like to see in the iGoogle Themes API you can post a feature request in the issue tracker at http://code.google.com/p/igoogle-developers/wiki/IssuesTab?tm=3 . If your issue is with the way iGoogle works as a user then you can try the user support group - http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Web+Search/label?lid=06d5343b801f5886&hl=en.
Of course anyone that wants discuss the general ideas you're bringing up is welcome to chime in here too.
