I've always tested my themes using the test URL as described in the Themes API Developer's Guide: http://code.google.com/intl/en/apis/themes/docs/dev_guide.html#Testing
This facility has stopped working for me in the past few hours, displaying only iGoogle Classic Theme regardless of theme XML. I'm using both FF3.6 and IE8.
