You get the consumer secret by completing the verification process described
at http://code.google.com/p/igoogle-developers/wiki/GadgetRegistration(linked
to on the alias request form). Basically you give your gadget url to
the verification page, it gives you back a token to put inside the Content
tag. You update the gadget source with this token & go to the next step
which gives you the secret details you need for the alias form (they're also
the details for doing OAuth, we reused them for aliases because it confirms
the requester controls the gadget spec).

If there's a problem with all of this, not being able to modify the source
or something like that, then I can manually confirm that you control the
email address specified as the author in the gadget. In this case, fill in
the alias request form and wait for a failure notification at that address.
Reply to the failure notification and we go from there.
