Hello folks!

I am currently designing my own iGoogle theme for a music band and the
name of the band is essential to the design. It is all playful and
there are comic characters that interact with the characters of the
bands' name. The policy says "No trademarks, logos, or signatures
outside of the designated attribution area." But I wonder why Acer is
allowed to put in their logo on the top right of the corner? And I ask
myself whether Google accepts or rejects the theme when I submit it?
